VAC-70191 Explosive Ordnance Threat Mitigation Training Officer - New
Do you hold an Advanced University Degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a First Level University Degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with at least 7 years of relevant experience?*
Do you hold an IMAS EOD Level 3 certification (or equivalent as defined in IMAS 09.30 and associated Test and Evaluation Protocols), issued by an appropriately accredited training institution in accordance with the applicable IMAS requirements?*
Do you have relevant professional experience in training and mentoring in explosive threat management, EOD, Search & Detect, and/or explosive ordnance (EO) detection, in accordance with IMAS or equivalent international standards?*
Do you have at least 3 years of proven operational experience within the last 10 years working with armed forces, including multinational or troop-contributing country (TCC) forces, in capacity building and/or capability improvement, as well as experience in specialized military engineering and counter-explosive threat (CET) procedures?*
Do you have at least 5 years of recent and relevant professional experience within the last 10 years in a similar explosive threat context, including field experience in explosive threat mitigation (EO/IED TM) within the last 4 years?*
Are you fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking) and do you have intermediate-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)?*
