1. Do you hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience?*
2. Do you have at least five (5) years of experience in construction supervision and infrastructure project management?*
3. Do you have experience preparing or reviewing engineering designs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and cost estimates?*
4. Have you supervised contractors and reviewed payment certificates, variation orders, or technical claims for construction projects?*
5. Do you have experience working on infrastructure projects funded by international donors, development agencies, or humanitarian organizations?*
6. Are you proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)?*
7. Do you have practical experience implementing Environmental, Social, Health and Safety (ESHS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards on infrastructure projects?*
8. Are you willing and able to undertake frequent travel to project sites across Northern Ghana for the duration of the assignment?*
9. Are you fluent in English, both written and spoken?*
10. Are you legally authorized to live and work in Ghana?*
