| Role objectives |
Under the guidance of National/ Regional Child Protection and Gender-Based Violence Managers (extenders) and UNICEF Zonal Child Protection Specialist and Child Protection Officers, the Social Work Technical Advisors will be responsible for:
· # of coaching and mentoring sessions conducted for social workers and para-social workers; · # of social workers and para-social workers who received skills building support on child protection standards and principles; · # of mapping of capacity gaps and needs conducted at the district and provincial levels; · Case Management SOP and CP standards applied in the field.
· # of provincial and district level capacity building sessions conducted for CPAN and CPAoR members, and other stakeholders. |
