Overview of position |
CTG Ethiopia provides a rapid and cost-effective service for development and humanitarian missions. We recruit, deploy and manage the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists. Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG Ethiopia saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services. |
Role objectives |
CTG requires a dynamic experienced self motivated HR Operations Officer who can support the Account Manager in managing current operations & the business development & client growth of our Ethiopia business. The successful candidate will support the Account Manager in running the operations for CTG’s Ethiopia office. The incumbent should expect to travel to different regions of Ethiopia, security allowing. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of client services, including:
