|Overview of position||
Under the direct supervision of the CS Project
Manager, the Capacity Building Specialist will be responsible for providing
assistance for the development and the implementation of training activities
related to IOM Libya’s social cohesion and livelihoods programming.
· University Degree in education, teaching, or other relevant subjects from an accredited institution.
· Experience in developing training materials and delivering trainings to a variety of audiences.
· Effective organizational skills and ability to establish priorities and plans, ability to work under pressure and cope with deadlines
written and spoken communications skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to
work in a multi-cultural environment;
· Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written).
