| Overview of position |
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of services to clients, ensuring CTG’s operations align with client requirements, contractual obligations, and financial goals. This role oversees the end-to-end management of assigned projects, including client engagement, scope management, compliance, and team supervision. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Manager is accountable for resolving issues and ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, payroll, consultant contract issuance, and reporting processes are executed efficiently and within agreed timelines. They balance client expectations with CTG’s operational and financial interests. |
