Bachelors in civil engineering or environmental engineering, from an accredited academic institution with four years in working in implementing WASH programs in humanitarian crisis & community development settings (essential). |

Minimum of 4 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in implementing WASH activities including the construction, repair of wells & solar pumping in humanitarian & development contexts (essential). |
| Geographical experience |
Minimum of 4 year/s of experience in Africa (essential). |

Fluent in English (essential). Fluent in Swahili (essential). Fluent in Somali (essential). |
