| Overview of position |
Reporting to the Deputy Country Manager, the Quality & Disciplinary Investigations Officer supports operational quality across CTG’s activities in the region and serves as the focal point for disciplinary investigations across South Sudan. The role focuses on strengthening operational compliance, identifying quality risks, and supporting corrective actions across field operations. It also leads the documentation and coordination of disciplinary cases in the region, including fact-finding, evidence review, and escalation of complex matters in line with company policies and legal frameworks.
This position requires strong analytical judgement, discretion, and the ability to work independently in sensitive and high-risk environments, while supporting account managers to maintain operational standards, accountability, and compliance across projects. |
