| Overview of position |
The Project Engineer & Trainer is responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize power plant operations, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control. This role combines technical engineering expertise with training and capacity-building responsibilities, ensuring both Expatriate and Local staff are equipped with the skills to effectively use CMMS, engineering tools, and communication platforms. The position requires a multidisciplinary professional with strong engineering, IT, and instructional capabilities. |
