Overview of position |
Working under the overall supervision of the Head of Sub Office, the direct supervision of CCCM Officer & the Project Assistant, the primary responsibility of the Site Assistant is to provide field level support to NEMA / SEMA, local authorities & our clients CCCM department in the daily monitoring & management of sites in order to support camp management activities. The Site Assistant is functionally assisting the Camp Manager at the camp level. They monitor the living conditions at sites & can be designated to discharge camp management roles together with NEMA & SEMA. They also have to ensure smooth flow of CCCM / NFI / shelter sector working group activities at field level providing timely feedback on operational challenges faced. |
