Overview of position |
Under the overall supervision of the CEA Program Coordinator, the direct supervision of the Senior Program Assistant and the administrative supervision of HSO the successful candidate will contribute to the following duties. |
Role objectives |
6. Performance indicators for the evaluation of results Deliverable 1: Daily assessment activities (group consultations or key informant interviews (KIIs) or focus group discussions (FGDs)) as per assessment tools and CEA operational plans, completed and transcribed. 01) Time Sheets verified and cleared by CEA PM 02) KII and FGD transcripts or notes from consultation meetings per templates provided by CEA PM 03) Signed attendance sheets of KII and FGD participants
Deliverable 2: Detailed summary (question by question) of completed and transcribed consultation meetings, FGDs and KIIs. 02) Written summary of KII and FGD transcriptions per templates provided by CEA 03) PM; submitted to the supervisor and reviewed by supervisor
Deliverable
3: Outreach meetings with target community members to inform about IOM programmes and activities and raise awareness about community feedback mechanisms. 02) Outreach meeting notes with photos per templates provided by CEA PM 03) Signed attendance sheets of meeting participants
