Role objectives |
The
qualified nurse will maintain oversight of welfare matters and will also
develop emergency medical plans. Under the qualified nurse, these plans will be
briefed to staff, as well as rehearsed, exercised and tested. |

Team management |
Excellent knowledge of the national legislation of Afghanistan and the internationally recognised governing principles (i.e. legality, necessity, proportionality and accountability) on the use of physical force and firearms.
If armed, excellent skills in handling firearms is essential, attested by a relevant certificate. |
