Some volunteer or internship experience in community support, but not specifically PSS

1–2 years of direct experience providing PSS to migrants, refugees, or displaced populations

3+ years of direct MHPSS experience, including Psychological First Aid (PFA), case management, and referrals in emergency/conflict settings

I have not coordinated with multiple teams or external partners before

I have some experience coordinating within a single organization, but not across diverse units or sectors

I have experience liaising with 2–3 different departments or partners on joint activities
