| Overview of position |
Our Client and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education are supporting the pilot and implementation of an Accelerated Learning Programme across School Bells Learning Centers in the Gaza Strip. This includes large scale training of trainers and professional development for over 2,000 educators between July 2026 and July 2027. To enable this, a dedicated supply and logistics focal point is required to track project requirements and ensure training centers are ready, and trainees are equipped with required materials to successfully implement both the pilot and full implementation of the ALP. This role will work hand-in-hand |
| Role objectives |
1. Maintain and update the project implementation tracker The project implementation plan shall be maintained and updated on a daily basis. The postholder will monitor progress, update the tracker as required, coordinate with relevant team members, and promptly alert the supervisor to any actual or anticipated delays.. The implementation plan runs from July 26 to end of July 27. Using the ALP master plan as the primary planning tool, coordinate with relevant team members to ensure that all related activities are planned and implemented in alignment with the overall ALP schedule. 2. Coordinate logistics for training events Coordinate all logistical arrangements for large-scale training events, including venue readiness, equipment, materials, and service providers. During the peak implementation period (July–August), support the coordination of up to eight parallel training halls operating six days per week. Subsequently, coordinate logistics for two-week training blocks serving more than 2,000 participants per cycle. Ensure that designated training venues are fully prepared and functional for each training session, including the availability of electricity, internet connectivity, projectors, training materials, and other required supplies. Monitor each stage of the material development process, including drafting by the contractor, technical review by MoEHE and Our Client, incorporation of comments, approval of print samples, production, and final delivery. Maintain all files in share drive in an organsied manner, ensuring version control and copies in both word and pdf. As materials are developed ensure specs are shared with printers – i.e number of pages etc, Make sure materials are appropriately stored until required.
