| Overview of position |
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to lead the upgrade of our custom-built HR system from Odoo version 11 to Odoo version 18, with a focus on performance optimization and a complete overhaul of the user interface (UI). The successful candidate will prioritize dynamic loading to significantly improve the speed and responsiveness of the system and will create a modern, intuitive User Interface that enhances the user experience (UX) for our end-users (internal staff and external clients). This is a hands-on role with a clear focus on speed, usability, and scalability. |
| Role objectives |
The Senior Odoo Developer leads the Odoo version upgrade project, manages system performance improvements, and drives continuous innovation.
