| Overview of position |
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of CTG’s business development and commercial operations. You will lead pricing and commercial structuring across our global portfolio while also acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on margin, risk, and growth strategy.
The successful candidate
will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build detailed cost models,
source and negotiate rates, and own the financial narrative of complex bids.
The role will maintain a portfolio-level perspective on pricing, financial planning,
and commercial risk. Why This Role Matters:
This role sits at the centre of CTG’s growth and diversification strategy shaping how we price, structure, and deliver services globally, while ensuring long-term financial sustainability and competitive positioning. This is a highly hands‑on role, critical to translating CTG’s diversification strategy into winning, compliant, and profitable bids through rigorous cost development and commercial execution. |
