| Overview of position |
Under the direct supervision and overall direction of the TPM Regional Coordinator, the Area Coordinator will undertake the following duties and responsibilities as mentioned on this TOR. |
| Role objectives |
Team management and supervision
Planning
Assign Field Monitors to field visits based on the Monitoring Plan shared by our client and ensure:
Coordination and engagement
Quality assurance and reporting
IT management
Logistical, administrative and financial management

This role will work under the direct supervision and overall direction of the TPM Regional Coordinator. |
