Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience preparing SOWs, BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules of rates and contractor technical evaluations (essential). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience assessing buildings and infrastructure for structural condition, earthquake vulnerability, foundation adequacy, repair and retrofit requirements, or life-safety risks (essential). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in civil engineering, structural engineering, earthquake/seismic engineering, structural assessment, building design, infrastructure development, construction supervision, quantity surveying, construction cost planning or related fields (essential). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience supervising structural repairs, concrete, steel, masonry, foundations, prefabricated/containerized facilities and related infrastructure works (essential). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in UN common system field operations, military engineering, humanitarian operations, conflict or post-conflict environments, disaster response operations or other high-risk field environments (desirable). |

| Project reporting |
The Civil Engineer – Earthquake / Seismic Engineering and Infrastructure will report to the Chief Engineer, EFMS, or designated supervisor. Reporting requirements include:
