| Qualification |
Bachelors in or diploma in a relevant discipline (essential). Technical or vocational diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or a related field (desirable). |
| Sector experience |
Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in facilities management, architectural planning, building maintenance, facility operations, renovations, refurbishments, repairs, upgrades or minor engineering works, including at least two years of supervisory responsibility. Minimum three (3) years of experience preparing architectural drawings, conducting building surveys, developing space allocation plans, office layouts and technical documentation. Experience supervising contractors and maintenance teams (essential). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience using AutoCAD (desirable). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in contract management, service delivery monitoring, contractor performance evaluation, camp or accommodation management, hospitality-style services or large compound operations (desirable). Minimum of 8 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience with Revit or similar design platforms (desirable). |

The Facilities Management Assistant will report to the Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, EFMS, or designated supervisor. Reporting requirements include:
