| Qualification |
First level university degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (essential). Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related fiel (desirable). |
| Sector experience |
Minimum of 3 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in electrical engineering, electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, commissioning or QA/QC activities. Experience in electrical QA/QC, including inspection reports, inspection and test plans (ITPs), testing records and NCR managemen (essential). Minimum of 3 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in military, humanitarian, peacekeeping, post-conflict, hardship or high-risk operational environments (desirable). |
| Geographical experience |
Minimum of 5 year/s of experience in North America (desirable). |

The Electrical QA/QC Engineer will report to the Electrical Engineer, EFMS, or designated supervisor. Reporting requirements include:
Reports shall be maintained using approved EFMS formats and quality management procedures. |
