| Overview of position |
The Technology Director will play a pivotal role in shaping CTG’s technology vision and leading its next stage of innovation, modernization, and integration, while aligning with the broader strategic direction of the Chelsea Group. Reporting directly to the CEO of CTG, with a dotted line to the CFO of Chelsea Group, the Technology Director will be responsible for assessing CTG’s current technology landscape and defining a coherent, forward looking technology strategy. This strategy will enable growth, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable competitive advantage, while aligning with the broader strategic direction of the Chelsea Group. It is expected that CTG’s technology infrastructure will form the backbone of the Chelsea Group’s digital ecosystem, with all other group companies (with one exception) operating on this shared platform.
This role blends strategy, technical excellence, and strong people leadership — ideal for a seasoned technology executive who can transform diverse technology ecosystems into a unified enabler of business performance. Growth Opportunity: This role is initially focused on CTG, reflecting the importance of technology in enabling CTG’s next phase of growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Over time, and in line with business priorities and individual impact, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to take on a broader Chelsea Group technology leadership remit, contributing to Group-wide technology strategy, integration, and value creation. |
