| Qualification |
School diploma in with three years of relevant experience (essential). Bachelor degree or equivalent in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields from an accredited academic institution with one years of relevant professional experience. (desirable). |

Minimum of 3 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national / international institutions, UN agencies & NGO's (essential). |

| Overview of position |
Under overall guidance of the Project Coordinator and the Project Officer, the Operations Associate will be responsible in providing assistance for the development and the implementation of the community stabilization activities in Tawargha and support the overall work of theRecovery and Solutions Department. |

| Further information |
Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations;
Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
