| Overview of position |
The Field Security Officer (FSO) provides practical, field based security support to enable safe programme delivery across Mozambique. The role strengthens CTG’s Duty of Care by supporting country teams with risk analysis, movement management, incident response, and liaison with relevant security counterparts, while ensuring alignment with CTG’s global risk and security standards. The FSO works closely with operational teams to assess security conditions, support the implementation of mitigation measures, and promote a strong security culture across CTG operations in Mozambique.
The FSO operates as an embedded operational resource, supporting country management accountability for security and duty of care, while maintaining a clear technical reporting line to the Global Risk Director. |
