| Overview of position |
CTG is implementing a multi-sector data-driven programme in Libya supporting operational decision-making, monitoring systems, digital transformation, and communication strategies.The project aims to strengthen data systems, improve reporting quality, and enhance visibility of humanitarian and development interventions. |
| Role objectives |
Data Analysts • Collect, clean, and analyse operational and project data • Produce dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making • Ensure data accuracy and integrity Data Collection Officers • Conduct field and digital data collection activities • Support survey design and implementation • Ensure quality control of incoming data IT / Systems Specialists • Maintain IT systems and databases • Support digital infrastructure and troubleshooting • Implement system upgrades and user support Systems Analysts • Analyse system requirements and improve workflows • Design and optimize data management systems • Coordinate between technical and operational teams Media & Communications Officers • Develop communication materials (reports, posts, briefs) • Manage digital content and visibility strategies • Support storytelling and outreach for projects |
