 Are you a talented Bid Writer with a flair for crafting compelling, winning proposals? We’re building a freelance talent pool of experienced professionals who can step in and support our team during periods of high demand.

Role objectives

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience writing and managing bids, tenders, or proposals.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with professionalism and accuracy.

  • A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to excellence

Project reporting

This role reports to the Director of Business. 

Key competencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bid writing role, preferably within the risk management or related industries.

  • Proven track record of successful bid submissions with quantifiable outcomes.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with EEAS, UN, and Diplomatic tender regulations.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English (native or equivalent proficiency).

  • An academic qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, or Risk Management) is preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for bid preparation and management.

This role has no team management.
