| Overview of position |
In alignment with its "Disaster Risk Management and Disaster Risk Reduction Framework," IOM Afghanistan carries out disaster resilience activities to strengthen the capacity of communities vulnerable to natural hazards. IOM DRR activities are operated in a close collaboration with ANDMA, reflecting a shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and community-centered disaster management. Under the supervision of Programme Officer (DRR), the selected candidate will oversee the national feedback mechanism, ensuring that community voices are systematically integrated into disaster preparedness, emergency response, and resilience-building efforts. This role supervises the regional Feedback Assistants and ensures consistent, high-quality feedback management across Afghanistan. |
