| Overview of position | Our client plans to recruit 10 consultants as Emergency Health & Nutrition Assistants, 2 each in Jebalia, 2 Gaza, 2 Deir el Balah, 2 Khan Younis, 2 Rafah to support improved service delivery, capacity development, monitoring of primary healthcare services including maternal & child health such as BEmONC services & immunization, SAM / MAM services & IYCF, micronutrient & coordination related to Gaza health & nutrition emergency response. | 
| Role objectives | Monitoring & field visit: Conduct regular monitoring visits & assess the quality of health & nutrition services in facilities & medical / nutrition points / centres (OPD, antenatal, postnatal, referral of complicated cases, skilled birth delivery, immunization, acute malnutrition treatment outcomes, nutrition screening, IYCF - E counseling). Each ENO is expected to visit on average, 15 HFs (hospital, HCs & medical / nutrition points / in shelters) using the EUM / ODK & in case of special assignment given from the FO. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
