Overview of position |

Role objectives |
The Finance Officer will : · Process client / suppliers invoices and payments, and monitor overdue receivables. · Ensure accurate and timely payroll for CTG consultants (national and international) as well as for CTG permanent staff. · Ensure compliance with financial obligations for both national and international personnel, including declaration and registration with ONEM and other relevant authorities, management of social security contributions, and assistance with the calculation and payment of taxes and duties. · Represent CTG at local governing bodies (including ministry and tax departments) · Work closely with CTG Legal team to ensure CTG adheres to local tax laws, responsible for keeping CTG in good standing and up to date with local tax laws. · Process expense claims and maintain proper financial documentation. · Support the preparation of financial reports, audits, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate budget tracking. · Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CTG’s financial systems, and recommend process improvements where relevant. · Manage daily cash transactions, assist with bank reconciliations, and prepare cash requests.
· Provide administrative support, maintain financial records, and assist other departments with finance-related queries. |

Key competencies |
· Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. · Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience with payroll processing, invoice management, and accounts payable/receivable, ideally in an international context. · Languages: Fluent in English and French. · Software Proficiency: Experience with financial management software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Strong attention to detail. · Familiarity with tax compliance and basic financial reporting. · Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. · Ethical, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
